4. Instructor Services

TryFlowly serves as a platform connecting instructors and students. Instructors are independent contractors and are not employees of TryFlowly. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of instructor services
• The accuracy of instructor profiles, credentials, or class descriptions
• The ability of instructors to provide services
• The actions or inactions of instructors or students

5. Payments and Fees

Payment for classes and services must be made through our secure payment system. You agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Pay all fees associated with your use of the Service
• Understand that all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy
• Accept that refunds are subject to our refund policy and individual instructor policies

Prices for classes and packages are set by instructors, and TryFlowly may charge platform fees as disclosed at the time of purchase.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies may vary by instructor. Generally:

• You may cancel a class up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to fees
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Specific cancellation and refund terms are set by individual instructors and will be displayed at the time of booking.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

Instructors retain ownership of their class content and materials. By using the Service, instructors grant TryFlowly a license to use, display, and distribute their content through the platform.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

You acknowledge that participation in physical exercise activities involves inherent risks, and you agree to participate at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability
